Rice Creek Phase VII consisted of the expansion of an existing residential subdivision, requiring the extension of infrastructure systems to support new development. The project included design and coordination of roadway, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer infrastructure to integrate seamlessly with existing phases.
Roberts Civil Engineering (RCE) supported the development through civil engineering design, permitting coordination, and infrastructure planning to ensure consistency with previously constructed phases and local requirements.
