Johnathan Roberts, PE

As President of Roberts Civil Engineering, Johnathan sets the strategic direction for the firm, guiding its long-term vision, operational priorities, and commitment to delivering exceptional service across every market we serve. He is recognized for his leadership, operational excellence, and ability to deliver high-impact infrastructure solutions.

Johnathan builds collaborative teams, strengthens client relationships, and drives growth through innovation, accountability, and client-focused service.

Civil Design Division

RCE’s Civil Design Division takes pride in developing designs that are technically advanced, constructible, and responsive to each client’s unique goals while maintaining open communication throughout the project. We support site planning, construction plans, permitting, and agency coordination with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and moving projects through the approval process.

Inspections and Asset Management

RCE’s Inspections and Asset Management Division helps keep construction projects on schedule, accelerates closeouts, and provides experienced contractor oversight. With strong local knowledge, established AHJ relationships, and a clear understanding of HOA, POA, COA, subdivision, condominium, and commercial property needs, we help identify deficiencies and maintain critical assets to reduce risk and liability.

Marketing and Business Development

RCE’s marketing and business development division manages business development initiatives across markets while maximizing brand impact and exposure for public and private sector marketplaces. We drive core business models, key partnerships, strategic growth, business relationships, brand asset management and curation.

Consulting Division

RCE’s Consulting Division partners with municipalities, agencies, and private clients to plan, fund, and deliver complex infrastructure and capital projects. We combine project leadership, advisory services, and grant expertise to turn vision into successful, fully executed projects.

Site Development Division

Human Resources Team

The Human Resources team partners with employees and leaders to support growth, development, and long-term success. Through recruiting, onboarding, employee programs, and performance support, HR helps create a workplace where expectations are clear, opportunities are visible, and people are positioned to do their best work.

Operations Department

The Operations department at Roberts Civil Engineering builds and manages the systems, processes, and IT infrastructure that enable high-quality, profitable work. We drive operational excellence through performance tracking, quality standards, process improvement, and AI integration to improve efficiency, visibility, and execution across the company to better serve our Clients.

Office Management Division

Roberts Civil Engineering’s Office Management Division provides finance and management support for each market we serve. This division helps keep our teams organized, accountable, and efficient by supporting budgeting, billing, reporting, coordination, and day-to-day operations across the company.
